About the Role

The Company is seeking a Relationship Manager - Vice President with a focus on Japanese and Asian corporate banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining business connections with Japanese clients in the energy, utilities, metal, and trading sectors, particularly those based in New York, Houston, and the surrounding area. This role involves gathering and reporting information related to finance and business development, as well as supporting the preparation of client materials and presentations. The Relationship Manager will also be expected to maintain client relationships, understand and promote the clients' banking needs, and provide ad hoc reports for management.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' of experience in corporate or investment banking, project finance, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting is preferred, or equivalent education and training. The role requires solid communication skills, the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, and a high level of proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English is essential.
