Job Description
Tasks & Objectives Planning, execution, monitoring, and further development of training and study programs in close collaboration with departments and educational partners. Supervision of assigned apprentices, dual students, and trainees, including regular feedback and personnel discussions. Evaluate skills gaps in operations and develop tailored shopfloor trainings. Plan and execute measures to attract young talent, such as interviews, job fairs, and presentations at events. Build and maintain networks with educational partners, including high schools and technical colleges, to recruit young talent. Engage in internal and external networking with stakeholders such as operations, local management, and Chambers of Commerce. Qualifications
German dual degree or similar, with at least three years of work experience in a modern production environment and initial experience with dual training programs based on the German Model. Preferably certified trainer for dual vocational training (AdA or AdA International). Self-motivated working style with strong communication skills. Open-minded to new developments in the field of work-based training. Understanding of shopfloor requirements and technical knowledge. Additional Information
