Role
BetterUp is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our recruiting team. You will be an agile, creative problem-solver supporting our Recruiters and Hiring Managers in scheduling and coordinating interviews, helping design and deliver a stellar candidate experience, and driving projects to elevate recruitment at BetterUp. This role provides exposure across the organization and is a strong stepping stone within Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
Schedule all interviews and debrief sessions including phone screens, video screens, remote onsite interviews, and some in-person interviews Respond to candidate emails or scheduling tasks within 24 hours Manage candidate questions and concerns with urgency, empathy, and quality customer experience Work closely with Recruiters to craft and deliver an excellent candidate experience Create and manage templates and processes using our ATS Manage interviewer pools, load balancing and proactive capacity planning Proactively identify efficiency opportunities and drive solutions Conduct ATS analytics and reporting Drive and collaborate on talent operations projects to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience Support recruiting operations and programs
Qualifications
At least 3 years experience as a recruiting coordinator in a growth-stage startup Experience scheduling for go-to-market departments is highly preferred Experience identifying efficiency opportunities and implementing process changes Experience reporting and managing back-end ATS operations, ideally Ashby (e.g., job setup, pulling reports) Empathy and care to ensure a great candidate experience Meticulous attention to detail Process-driven and always looking to improve Comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities Highly organized and able to switch between tasks
