As an Investment Banking VP, you will play a key role in the execution of M&A transactions within the Industrials sector, supporting senior bankers on active mandates and business development initiatives. You will take ownership of core execution workstreams, mentor Analysts and Associates, and help strengthen the firm’s market presence in targeted Industrials sub-sectors, including Chemicals, Industrial Services, Distributions, Industrial Technology and related Industrials segments. $175,000 – $185,000 + Bonus Firm Focus:

Industrials, including Chemicals, Industrial Services, Distributions, Industrial Technology and related Industrials segments. Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, primarily in the Industrials space (95% sell-side). Manage and mentor Associates and Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient processes. Oversee the preparation of pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and other deal-related materials. Conduct, oversee and lead detailed financial analysis, valuation modeling, and industry research. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while supporting Managing Directors/Directors in new business development. May have an opportunity to start originating if you would like to. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and new Industrials sub-sectors. Ensure transactions are executed smoothly from initial pitch through closing. Requirements

BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is preferred but not required. 6–10 years of Investment Banking or Corporate Advisory experience, with a strong background in M&A (sell-side preferred). Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring. Experience leading an M&A process. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals and junior team members simultaneously. Deal experience in any Industrials sector will help you stand out. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface directly with clients. Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses preferred. Willingness to travel for client needs; role is primarily on site, hybrid. Senior/Employment Details
