Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Writer to own Qodo’s Documentation Portal and Academy. You’ll ensure our content is accurate, consistent, and scalable across multiple products, while collaborating with Product, R&D, Customer Success, and Marketing. Your work will shape how developers and customers learn, adopt, and grow with Qodo. Responsibilities

Own and maintain Qodo’s Documentation Portal, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and structure across product lines. Build and evolve the Qodo Academy, creating tutorials, training modules, and learning materials in partnership with Customer Success. Write and edit high-quality technical content: guides, quickstarts, reference docs, and release notes. Establish content processes, templates, and style guides that scale with Qodo’s growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to align documentation and learning resources with launches, product messaging, and customer needs. Leverage automation and AI tools to improve documentation efficiency and scalability. Requirements

Native-level English with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. 5+ years of technical writing experience, preferably with developer tools, APIs, or SaaS. Proven ownership of documentation portals or knowledge bases for complex products. Hands-on technical background; comfortable with code, APIs, and developer tools. Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing. Familiarity with modern documentation tooling (Markdown, Git, static site generators, API doc frameworks). Bonus: experience building learning portals, or working in startups, enterprise developer products, or AI/ML tooling. Employment details
