Repair, install, and maintain various laboratory equipment products, including temperature monitoring, incubators, centrifuges, refrigerators, freezers, and cryogenic storage. Work directly with customers to schedule visits, address their concerns, and provide reassurance while resolving their problems. Completing learning assignments on time, reading procedures, submitting expense reports, and maintaining spare part inventory. What You Will Do
Handle various aspects of field service support and customer relationships within our Laboratory Equipment (LE) division. Provide sophisticated services on laboratory equipment, including the items listed above. Environment and Schedule
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc. allowed, Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Laboratory Setting, Office, some degree of PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), standing for full shift, will work with hazardous/toxic materials. Standard (Mon-Fri). Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree from technical school a plus. Experience
Valid DriverLicense Safe Driving Record Excellent Communication skills 1 year of customer service experience 1+ year Experience repairing, troubleshooting, and equipment testing a plus Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $27.91–$41.86. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
