As a Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns, from initial strategy to flawless execution. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale integrated marketing campaigns. Manage multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to keep initiatives on track and within budget. Develop and maintain durable processes to streamline campaign development and execution. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives. Influence stakeholders across the organization to ensure buy-in and support for marketing programs. Qualifications
5-7+ years of expertise in integrated marketing campaign development and execution. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficient with platforms like Smartsheet, Confluence, Workfront, etc. to track key project details A track record of leading complex initiatives from strategy through completion. Experience in retail or e-commerce marketing. Experience managing vendor-funded programs. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field PMP Preferred Compensation and Benefits
