Responsibilities Diverse responsibilities including company/industry related research projects, collaboration with portfolio managers, and extensive financial analysis
Opportunity to interact with public company CEOs and CFOs both in our offices and on the road
Expectation to provide investment insight and impact the investment process, not just number crunching
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s Degree required
1-2 years relevant work experience (equity research or banking experience preferred)
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills including previous experience building three-statement models
Preferred: Business Services specific experience a plus
Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity
Highly motivated, confident self-starter with ability to work independently and with others
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics which can be additive to the investment process
Completion of at least level 1 of the CFA preferred
Demonstrated ability to derive meaningful insights from in-depth research and analysis
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

Compensation
Base Salary Ranges: $110,000.00-$140,000.00 depending on location. Placement within the range is based on experience and skills. Base salary is one component of total compensation; employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
