Overview

Lead Product Designer – Vice President role at JPMorganChase. Join our innovative, design-led transformation team and help us reimagine the customer experience. You will start by using Design Thinking to develop empathy for the product’s users and work with local and global teams to deliver high quality, end-to-end designs in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Strategize, lead, and execute design initiatives to respond to both user needs and business goals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, subject matter experts, copywriters, legal, and executive leaders Leverage and contribute to an existing design system to ensure consistent designs across web, mobile, and native applications Understand and document user research findings and iterate designs based on feedback Create click-through prototypes, presentations, and videos to showcase product vision and gain buy-in from key stakeholders Share knowledge and educate stakeholders about our design process and best practices to optimize operations and elevate the organization Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience with a link to portfolio or samples Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, UX Design, Service Design, Visual Design, HCI, or related fields 5+ years of experience in the design field Proficiency in design, prototyping, and presentation software such as Figma and Keynote Familiarity with AI/LLM and integrating them into the working process and in designing AI/LLM-related features Experience with design systems such as Google’s Material Design Experience working across multiple platforms (products, websites, mobile apps, etc.) Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally in a clear and engaging manner Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology Familiarity with financial terminologies Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and WCAG The final officer title and job grade is at the firm’s discretion and will be discussed at offer time.
