Overview
Our Client is the leading distributor of mechanical power transmission, conveyor belts, electric motors, and control products in the upper Midwest. In partnership with their leadership team, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Leader with an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit. The Marketing Leader will collaborate closely with the senior management team across all departments to generate proactive ideas and solutions that support sales and overall brand and communications needs. This role is onsite at their headquarters in Plymouth, MN.
Responsibilities The Marketing Leader will:
Establish the strategy for the company’s brand positioning and presentation, and manage the distribution and maintenance of brand assets and standards across all channels.
Work in tandem with B2B and B2C sales to up-level marketing strategies that foster customer loyalty, attract new customers, and drive sales.
Provide high-level strategic guidance and manage an internal team member as a leadership role within the company.
Qualifications / Qualities Qualities we’re looking for:
Exceptional organizational skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities, with keen attention to detail.
8+ years of experience in trade shows and digital marketing methods, including social media, email marketing, SEO, data & analytics, and content marketing.
A professional and proactive work ethic.
A strong desire to collaborate with team members and cultivate strong relationships.
Ability to proactively identify new opportunities to drive brand awareness in existing and new markets.
A strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for brand building and a commitment to celebrating the organization’s rich history through strategic marketing initiatives.
Experience working with or for a distributor or relevant industry is a plus.
