Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Business, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field; or equivalent professional experience. 5–10 years of experience in marine, shipping, or offshore energy industries, ideally in floating asset operations, project development, or commercial management. Solid understanding of LNG infrastructure, gas carriers, FSRUs, FLNG platforms, or offshore assets. Demonstrated expertise in ship chartering, vessel leasing, and maritime commercial contracts. Proven track record negotiating and closing complex deals (charters, joint ventures, project partnerships). Ability to combine technical insight with commercial acumen; comfortable engaging on both engineering and financial topics. Self-starter with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, relationship management, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities. Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, conferences, and project work.
