You will work with financial advisors and senior leadership to help clients understand and meet their financial objectives, with a focus on asset allocation and portfolio construction.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of customized portfolio construction advice to financial advisors and their ultra-high net worth clients/prospects

Conduct in-depth portfolio analysis at the asset allocation and investment level

Produce bespoke presentations outlining research, capabilities and views on asset allocation, portfolio construction and product fulfillment

Develop fluency in all aspects of portfolio construction and use asset classes to implement strategic and tactical allocations

Build key partnerships across the firm to understand platforms and product offerings (traditional and non-traditional)

Contribute to original investment content for internal and external distribution

Collaborate with partner groups such as estate planning, philanthropy, banking, etc.

Your Team You will be a Portfolio Specialist in the Portfolio Advisory Group (PAG). The team provides investment advice on asset allocation, portfolio construction and product/platform fulfillment, and works with financial advisors and ultra-high net worth clients and prospects.

Your Expertise

Experience in wealth management, private banks or asset management

Strong knowledge of global financial markets

Working knowledge of multi-asset class portfolio construction

Ability to articulate research and implement it in a portfolio context

Desire to develop client-facing skills

Series 7 and 66 licenses required; bachelor’s degree required

Ideally 3+ years of experience in financial services

Interest in pursuing CFA, CFP, CIMA or CAIA tracks, or equivalent knowledge

You are a skilled communicator with strong presentation skills

Excellent at organization, prioritization and time management

Adept at developing strong interpersonal relationships within the team and across the organization

Creative and willing to think outside the box

Team player
