Senior Advisor, Transformation & Change Management (P4) at Save the Children US. This role is responsible for designing and executing change management strategies for enterprise-wide transformation, fostering adaptability, and building internal capabilities to sustain change. Location: Hybrid – Washington DC, Fairfield, CT or Lexington, KY office locations. What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties)

Enterprise Transformation & Change Leadership (50%) Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives (e.g., organizational redesigns, digital transformation, process optimization). Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of change. Create and implement change frameworks, communication plans, and engagement strategies tailored to diverse audiences and organizational contexts. Establish and monitor success metrics to evaluate change effectiveness, course-correct as needed, and report outcomes to senior leadership. Facilitate post-implementation reviews and feedback loops to drive continuous learning and improvement. Division-Level Change Enablement (25%) Serve as a strategic advisor to divisional leaders and project teams, providing expert guidance on localized change efforts. Apply diagnostic tools and readiness assessments to tailor change approaches to specific team dynamics and organizational maturity. Coach and support change champions, people managers, and project leads in applying change management best practices. Promote operational excellence through continuous improvement methodologies and collaborative problem-solving. Capacity Building & Organizational Learning (25%) Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and learning resources to build organizational capability in change management, adaptive leadership, and continuous improvement. Develop scalable tools and templates to embed change management competencies across functions and levels. Champion a culture of agility, innovation, and resilience through knowledge-sharing and peer learning initiatives. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation strategy, ideally within complex, federated, or mission-driven organizations. Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide change initiatives with measurable outcomes. Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) and tools. Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to influence across levels and functions, navigate ambiguity, and build trust in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Commitment to Save the Children’s mission, values, and equity principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. Professional fluency in spoken and written English. Preferred Qualifications

Save the Children is offering the following salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location: Geo 1 - NY Metro, DC, and other locations with labor costs significantly above national average: Target Salary is 108,800 – 121,600 base Geo 2 - Locations around the US National Labor Cost Average: Target Salary is 98,600 – 110,200 base Geo 3 - Locations significantly below the US National Labor Cost Average: Target Salary is 88,400 – 98,800 base The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates. For candidates located outside of the US, salary ranges will be based on local salary scales. Actual base salary may vary based on experience, internal peer salaries, business sector, and geographic location. About Us
