This position is responsible for leading the Site Supply Chain operations for the site. How you’ll spend your day
Lead the Site Supply Chain Team. Identify, recruit, develop and retain qualified Supply Chain professionals to provide high-level service to the site. Implement managerial practices to ensure the team’s high performance, modeling Teva''s values and leadership framework. Serve as an influential member of the site leadership team, impacting decision-making and promoting cross-site initiatives, teamwork and collaboration across site functions. Share global best practices and lessons learned to contribute to a best-in-class global Supply Chain. Own the Site S&OP Process and support Global S&OP at the site level. Analyze net demand variations and capacity constraints by technology, including quality constraints affecting service level. Define recovery plans and facilitate decision processes with key stakeholders. Own the Site MPS per Market Demand. Integrate market demand, production, quality capabilities and cost to develop the site MPS, in agreement with Regional/Global SC. Plan and monitor execution of the site MPS to ensure an optimal service level. Own the MRP/MRB Process. Plan the site’s raw materials requirements to meet MPS needs (B.O.M) and manage inventory levels; communicate site needs to Procurement or vendors in a timely manner. Coordinate and communicate site launch preparations, product changes and material changes based on local and global priorities. Ensure site customers receive delivery on schedule through the commitment process. Manage intercompany orders, handle exceptions, raise flags and drive conflict resolution. Ensure warehousing and logistics of incoming goods, WIP and finished products are handled efficiently; manage interfaces with Transport and Warehouse units or services. Responsible for site Master Data Management and the accuracy of planning and execution information systems. Maintain training compliance and perform duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with cGMPs and SOPs. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Your experience and qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. Education/Certification/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, science-related field or similar; Master’s Degree and/or professional certification (CPIM/CSCP) is an advantage. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in operations and global supply chain processes in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience of at least 5 years managing teams. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Advanced knowledge of and capability implementing Opex/lean tools and methodologies. Working knowledge of pharmaceutical product lifecycle including launch and tech transfer. Proven leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal skills, especially in managing cross-functional teams in a plant environment. Working knowledge of Power BI, SAP, MES, MS Office Apps and other relevant tools. Highly organized with strong time and project management skills; able to address a wide range of priorities. Ability to identify risks, think strategically and act accordingly. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build consensus and manage ambiguities. Business, scientific and computer literacy; ability to protect confidentiality and demonstrate discretion. Excellent verbal and written skills. Problem solving: Able to identify solutions to general problems through collaboration and creativity. Travel and physical requirements
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS are as needed; Frequent sitting for extended periods; keyboard use; close visual acuity for computer work and data analysis. Working environment
