Manage all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial or resolution Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, briefs, and motions Collaborate with partners and colleagues on case strategy Represent clients across employment, public entity, personal injury, construction defect, and appellate matters Provide excellent client service while balancing case deadlines and billable expectations Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active California Bar license Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience (open to more senior attorneys with 7–15+ years) Experience in discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom proceedings Strong background in employment, public entity, construction defect, or personal injury defense preferred Proven ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Why join us
