The EHR Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting all facets of Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) Enterprise education. The EHR Training Coordinator supports all day-to-day logistics and administrative support related to the delivery of training. The EHR Training Coordinator will work closely with and serve as a liaison between all end user groups to ensure accessibility and enrollment of role specific training.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receives and handles all correspondences and interactions for Epic Training email.
Communicates in a timely and professional manner to those with questions related to training.
Provides Records Management and Reporting for Epic Training.
Maintain training records for reporting purposes.
Serves as LMS Super User.
Accurately maintain class schedules and offerings.
Participate with course uploading and hosting to the LMS and web.
Monitor class registration to ensure appropriateness of room assignment.
Coordinates orderly appearance and maintenance of training classrooms.
Promotes awareness and utilization of resources.
Provide reference services and assistance to others.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
