Institutional Platform Strategy – Vice President at Morgan Stanley. The Institutional Platforms Strategy Team drives strategic initiatives aimed at scaling our Institutional Consulting Businesses including OCIO, Graystone Consulting, Corporate Retirement, Institutional RIA, and the MS Family Office. The team creates scalable solutions across client and advisor experience: Pipeline and Prospect Management, Client Onboarding, Portfolio Setup and Management, Performance Reporting and Analytics, Money Movement, 401(k) Plan Management, and Institutional Billing and Financials. The candidate will lead high-priority initiatives across Institutional Consulting Solutions (ICS) with a focus on building and scaling a premier shared service model for our institutional client segment. The role involves identifying and refining business opportunities, risks, and requirements; assessing and reengineering platforms; and executing strategic solutions using the Firm’s agile framework. The position will engage with leadership across Wealth Management, OCIO, MS Family Office, Global Investment Office, Morgan Stanley at Work, and Technology to enhance our business offering and operating model. We are seeking a candidate with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with proven experience in strategy/product management and a solid understanding of the wealth management business. Primary Responsibilities

Lead large-scale and complex workstreams, including conceptualizing project scope, timelines, dependencies, tracking and reporting key milestones, and engaging and influencing project stakeholders Partner with business stakeholders to gather, conceptualize, and define requirements which will automate business processes that support institutional clients, utilizing tools including integrating generative AI capabilities Develop and execute both tactical and strategic solutions to drive operational efficiencies, translating strategic goals into measurable project plans Oversee budgets, timelines and resource allocation for multiple large-scale initiatives Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management to allow for informed strategic decision-making Drive initiatives that advance Morgan Stanley’s Integrated Firm Strategy by identifying and executing opportunities to align institutional platform capabilities with Wealth and Investment Management priorities, enabling cross-business synergies and enhancing firmwide client solutions Qualifications

5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, product management and/or business strategy/management related fields Undergraduate degree required Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to define complex business problems, synthesize data, identify and execute on tactical and strategic solutions Strong written and verbal communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Be solutions- and detail-oriented and quickly turnaround high-quality work without sacrificing speed or accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, and under strict and changing deadlines Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and work ethic A track record of success and a demonstrated ability to exercise good judgement and discretion Familiarity with wealth management platforms and vehicles, including managed account platforms, mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts, and alternative investments What You Can Expect From Morgan Stanley

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
