The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EHR Technology Analyst to oversee the roll-out of electronic health record (EHR) software solutions at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). You will use a deep understanding of EHR systems, healthcare IT, project management, and software deployment processes. This role requires an execution-minded driver with excellent communication skills, a discipline to manage to a schedule, an ability to identify and mitigate risk, and a passion for improving healthcare through technology for our countrys veterans. Responsibilities

Provide guidance in hands-on and remote support during pre-deployment operations across multiple sites. Identify, escalate, and resolve complex technical issues in real time and coordinate with on-site teams to prepare for operational readiness and performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pre-deployment activities with operational goals, maintain technical documentation, and provide feedback to improve deployment processes. Apply a broad understanding of the principles of computer and information science to the advancement of healthcare, including clinical informatics. Mentor or supervise employees as needed. This position is a Hybrid role with Booz Allen; candidate is expected to work on-site at a Booz Allen or Client Facility 20-50% of time, as needed. Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time Ability to evaluate and improve deployment processes Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, clinical, and programmatic, to ensure successful EHR implementations Ability to create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines Ability to identify project risks Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelors degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering, or Business and 5+ years of IT experience, or 13+ years of IT experience in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have

Experience with EHR Experience with VA Vetting
