FleishmanHillard, a global communications agency, has an immediate opening for a Senior Vice President influencer strategist for our Brand Marketing practice. This position provides a fantastic opportunity for a passionate proactive communications professional with strong influencer strategy to be a part of a collaborative team across a range of clients and sectors. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in executing best-in-class work across growing accounts. This role envisions, translates and incorporates influencer relations strategies into larger integrated marketing communications programs including activation both online and offline, with influencers of all types and tiers. The new team member will work with integrated teams across the firm to use influence to meet client objectives and grow revenue. At least 10-12+ years of integrated marketing and/or communications experience at an agency, including 6-8 years of hands-on influencer program strategy and execution. Demonstrated success in end-to-end influencer relations, including identification, vetting, negotiation, creative and content direction, relationship management, measurement and analysis. Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Traackr, Talkwalker, etc. Advanced integrated communications strategy development. Ability to move audiences from awareness to engagement to action across multiple platforms. Understanding of owned, earned and paid media in an integrated plan and how influential voices fit. Collaborative team player with strong relationship skills, and a mindset of continuous learning and curiosity. Ability to scale influencer programs across audiences, platforms and objectives; provide strategic counsel and lead development of integrated campaigns. Content planning and storytelling experience; coordinate influencer-created content across a brand’s social and digital ecosystem and work with third parties to bring content to life. Understanding of qualitative and quantitative benchmarks to determine influence for a brand; advise clients on influencer tiers and verticals using data. Experience activating influencers across platforms; manage mutual value exchange in earned, sponsored, or experiential campaigns. Ability to direct influencers and collaborate with agency teams, clients and influencers/agents to produce high-performing content. Strong understanding of regulatory and promotional rules; knowledge of FTC disclosure guidelines and advising clients and influencers. Negotiation skills to secure high-value agreements; provide contract negotiation counsel at all levels and manage terms, including usage, audience data, and performance metrics. Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply data to planning and ROI; experience with Omni tools and Tagger. Understanding of social commerce and affiliate marketing; develop strategic affiliate partnerships and negotiate influencer partnerships with various compensation models. Expertise in social media strategy and emerging platforms; adapt programs to evolving landscape. Experience managing paid social programs involving influencer-created content; understand platform nuances (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) for allow-listing or amplification and collaborate with integrated teams. New business hunter for organic and new influencer growth opportunities and pitching. Ability to engage with and counsel senior-level decision-makers and deliver insights to drive cross-company alignment and execution; experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders. May work across sectors but has a primary dedicated sector and knows how to sell influence within that sector. Organizational skills to manage influencer contracting/legal, invoicing, data collection related to influencer audience and post metrics; ability to assess and mitigate risk (negotiations, regulatory, insurance, legal). Ability to cultivate diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive working environment. Our Story

FleishmanHillard offers a hybrid work model and seeks employees who are comfortable working in the office for a portion of their week, in accordance with local policy. We acknowledge diversity and aim to foster a productive and inclusive work environment. The anticipated U.S. salary range for the Senior Vice President level is $110,000-$231,000.
