The State Street Alpha Middle Office Product Implementations team is looking for a qualified leader with strong experience in Investment Accounting, Pricing, and Corporate Actions, as well as implementation best practices, system flows and business architecture to execute client implementations of the industry’s first ever front-to-back client servicing platform. The successful candidate must be highly organized and able to move seamlessly between multiple implementations and manage and build a high performing team of workstream leads and analysts. This individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing the due diligence, solution design, implementation/onboarding, and successful execution of all Alpha Middle Office Implementations tied to the Investment Accounting, Pricing and Corporate Actions workstream. What You Will Be Responsible For

Provide guidance to teams on technical analysis and advice to clients (internal and external) on current and future state data-centric operating models. Emphasize and drive the need for standard artifacts within the team to be leveraged as “controls” and “tollgates” within the implementation framework tied to Cash and FOS. Work with leadership on cost and budget management tied to implementation resources and create necessary efficiencies through better output from our teams via training and augmenting certain roles from vendor partners. Ensure that teams have knowledge of analysis best practices and document data mappings from source systems involved in the solution, where applicable. Drive improvements in the Project Plans with tightened governance of interdependent tasks across workstreams and within workstreams. Work with Product teams on implementation requirements and ensuring they are on the Product roadmap for timely delivery. Ensure adherence to standards and minimize customizations by thorough review of client requirements with implementation leads. Provide resourcing timely to new implementations or live client change management demands. Lead service definitions and pre-sales initiatives when called upon. Consolidate application design for a global strategic model. Display a culture of ownership and accountability within the team and promote leadership behaviors; encourage cross-pollination within and across service families to promote the ONE Alpha Middle Office Product Implementation team. What We Value

Strategic thinker with strong business analysis and planning skills; able to identify and interpret wider-ranging issues with a “Big picture” understanding. Understanding of Operations processes and procedures and ability to partner with cross-functional services teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral; confident in interaction with clients and senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Experience designing new solutions by analyzing requirements, studying system capabilities, and writing detailed business requirements; strong interest in the underlying detail of the analysis. Ability to communicate complex analysis and insights to senior stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing. Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent Minimum 15 years related experience in financial services technical projects Knowledge of financial service industry – IBOR, Investment Accounting, Pricing and Corporate Actions Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and implementation standards Additional Requirements

Domestic and/or international travel and flexible working hours may be required (i.e. weekend working and extended hours on occasion, linked to client assignments and project deadlines).
