We are a plaintiffs' litigation firm focusing on pursuing compensation for injured people and their families. We are seeking a skilled personal injury attorney to handle case files from start to finish with a minimum of 2 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial experience. Responsibilities

Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretary Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly Qualifications

A California state license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory Plaintiff-side personal injury experience with Auto, Trucking, Motorcycle, Slip & Fall, and Dog Bite cases Pre-Litigation Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency in computers Applicants must live in California Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
