Overview Boeing Learning and Development (L&D) is looking for a
Senior Employee Development Specialist – Learning Program Manager
to help create, manage and elevate key leadership development programs in the Engineering space. This multifaceted role requires extensive knowledge and experience in Engineering, Human Resources and Learning domains. Location options include
Seattle, WA
or
Berkeley, MO .
Position Responsibilities
Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and manage complex programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning objectives
Establish learning strategies and architectures and define project scope
Deploy development tools and monitor implementation
Oversee curriculum development and review course content and instructional materials
Research and identify new technologies and methodologies
Oversee performance analysis and develop improvement recommendations and performance tools
Basic Qualifications (Required)
5+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
5+ years of experience leading training development programs
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Ability to partner effectively with Business Stakeholders and Executive Management
Experience with curriculum development and content and instructional materials
5+ years of experience with Data Analytics/Project Management Tools (Excel, MS Project, Tableau, Power BI, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Clarity PPM)
