Overview

Principal Professional - Sr. Account Executive- FIRE role at Honeywell. The role focuses on driving growth for key large accounts within the Building Automation business, mainly for Fire, BMS and Security systems through the Distribution channel (>$40M+). The position reports to the VP/GM and requires 30-50% travel. Responsible for managing key relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets while delivering outstanding service to customers. Key Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies for key accounts to drive growth. Build relationships with key accounts, delivering tailored solutions. Analyze market trends and customer feedback for growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned sales strategies and customer engagement. Monitor sales metrics and update senior management regularly. Create strategic account plans to grow key accounts in the Fire, BMS and Security offerings through the Distribution channel. Maintain strong relationships with executives and stakeholders of the key accounts, understanding their needs and providing solutions. Identify new business opportunities and work with teams to deliver value-added solutions. Monitor market trends and competitors for strategic decisions and improvements. Lead contract negotiations and manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Mentor junior account executives on the team. Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Experience working with distribution of EV and LV solutions like Fire, BMS and Security solutions and understanding their unique needs.
