Position Summary:

Responsible for leading brand/category project development and marketing activities to improve market share and profit for assigned brands and/or categories. Generate insights to create marketing plans to drive business growth. Essential Job Functions

Identify and analyze growth opportunities; collaborate with R&D team to develop new products (25%) Develop, manage, implement, and support marketing plans and strategies including new product development, promotional campaigns, and market research; analyze P&L and pricing strategy to align with margin objectives; measure effectiveness of plans; recommend strategy redirection (20%) Lead the packaging design process in collaboration with internal designers, Central Marketing, and third-party vendors for design changes and marketing materials including sales collateral, newsletters, campaigns, and POS (10%) Manage and measure brand/category promotional plans; ensure improvement of key brand/category indicators including awareness, trial, and loyalty (10%) Develop, plan, and track brand/category advertising; ensure adherence to allocated budget and efficient allocation of resources; track financial goals across a brand/category portfolio; establish and maintain consistent brand/category image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, events, and communications (10%) Conduct category insights: understand market trends and analyze competitive environment to segment, target, and position marketing brand/category; make recommendations based on findings (5%) Manage the day-to-day relationship with advertising agency and third-party vendors (5%) Provide trade marketing resources and metrics to support successful execution of new product launches (5%) Track brand/category advertising, research, and promotional investment to ensure adherence to allocated budget and timely invoice processing (5%) Research and analyze to recommend optimal pricing strategy including market trends, market dynamics, competitive set, and product elasticity behavior (5%) Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience Five (5) years’ experience in brand/category management License/Certifications: N/A Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Business Administration Experience in business planning process, P&L dynamics, consumer segmentation, targeting and positioning, and consumer insight development Additional Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency, both oral and written Experience with traditional and social media communication Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proven knowledge of syndicated databases (e.g., Nielsen/IRI); ability to process, analyze, and disseminate data for presentations Understanding of consumer needs, market trends, and competitive environment to segment, target, and position the brand/category Experience creating and managing partnerships with Sales, R&D, and Customer Development teams, and interacting with assigned brand/category marketing and licensing teams Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, including clear and concise writing Ability to build professional relationships with cross-functional teams and facilitate a collaborative environment Experience in business planning process, P&L dynamics, consumer segmentation, targeting and positioning, and consumer insight development Environmental/Working Conditions

Able to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight stays for up to 5 days at a time Physical Requirements

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing; occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination for office machinery Oral and auditory capacity for interpersonal communication and use of automated devices such as the telephone Seniority level
