Franchisee Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with franchisees; provide guidance on revenue generation, cost controls, marketing, purchasing, and compliance; lead opening of new franchise restaurants from plan to grand opening. Strategic Support And Development: Evaluate business practices, develop short- and long-term strategic plans, lead growth through evaluation and recommendations, review economic reports, and maintain regular communication with leadership. Leadership: Build trust with stakeholders, address performance issues, and inform leadership of significant issues with proposed solutions. Training And Development: Coach and mentor franchisees, formulate action plans for improvement, ensure effective implementation of new policies, and visit locations to assess impact. Guest And Associate Relations: Address guest concerns and maintain high standards of customer service. Auditing: Ensure adherence to SOPs, conduct audits including food safety, and utilize brand standard assessments for improvement. Qualifications

Education: College degree or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a QSR environment. Certifications: ServSafe certification required. Skills: Initiative, problem solving, strong business acumen, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to lead and influence; proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Tableau and POS systems preferred; experience with franchised organizations preferred. Other Requirements

Travel: Ability to travel a minimum of 75% with overnight stays required. License: Valid Driver's license. Hours: Ability to work flexible and/or weekend hours. Location: Occasional on-site attendance for corporate meetings and events. About The Role
