Are you a strategic HR leader passionate about building high-performing teams and shaping workplace culture? We\'re looking for a Human Resources Director to join our leadership team and drive people strategies that align with our business goals.
What you will do:
Lead a team of four HR team members and support a workforce of 300+ employees. Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits, and compliance. Serve as a trusted coach and counselor to the executive team. Champion a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous development. Oversee Workday HRIS operations and optimize HR systems and reporting. Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Ensure legal compliance and mitigate organizational risk. What you will get:

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) Must have hands-on experience with Workday HRIS, including system administration, reporting, and process optimization Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives Demonstrated experience coaching and advising senior leaders and executives Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Must reside within driving distance of Harrison, OH and be available for on-site leadership and collaboration Why Join Us?
