Responsibilities
Be the Floor Supervisor and provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure quality in-store experiences. Work with the store leadership team to drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales goals. Support open and closing routines, product knowledge, brand awareness, business understanding, proactive thinking, attention to detail, and effective use of registers/POS. Assist with asset protection, visual displays, system usage, and scheduling to meet business needs. Adapt schedule as required; availability on weekends and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak periods. Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma / GED equivalent preferred. Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred. Supervisory/Managerial Experience: Not required. Core competencies: Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction, fashion trend knowledge, outgoingness, adaptability/flexibility, stress tolerance, poise, ambition, multi-tasking, applied learning, diversity and inclusion awareness, work ethic, and omni-channel services.
