Consulting civil engineering and land surveying firm with excellent benefit package desires a Colorado Licensed Land Surveyor for *Management Position, *with experience in all areas of field and office procedures. Candidate must be able to perform surveys from “field to finish.” The Licensed Land Surveyor is primarily responsible for performing boundary, topographic, ALTA, right-of-way, existing conditions surveys, and all other types of surveys, on a variety of properties and project site types.

The successful candidate would communicate with project teams and/or clients, prepare fieldwork, analyze and adjust data, and provide oversight and quality-assurance/quality-control of the final deliverables.

*Skills and Experience:*

* Review and stamp prepared mapping * Manage various projects and staff * Utilize survey technologies to complete projects * Write descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents * Stamp and certify work completed by self and/or others under technical supervision * Have experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center (preferred)

*Required:*

* Six years of related land survey work experience * Proficient with survey technologies, robotic total stations, base/rover and network GPS units * Must be familiar with boundary, topographic, utility, right-of-way and existing condition surveys * Knowledge of land surveying practices, principles and techniques * Self-starter, highly motivated, team player with strong organizational and communication skills * Must be licensed in the state of Colorado

*Preferred:*

* Familiar with AutoCAD for drafting and computations (5 years preferred) * Experience working on land development projects * Ability to complete Field to Finish work
