Job Summary Position is responsible for providing leadership and direction with the design and management of complex analytical projects. The position will be responsible for developing databases and conducting analyses of clinical data; developing reports and statistical information to be used by management, administrative and/or medical and professional staff.

Minimum Qualifications Education:

Bachelors degree in health care administration, nursing, business or a related field; Master preferred Licenses/Certifications:

(None) Experience / Knowledge / Skills: Four (4) years of experience in data analytics preferably in healthcare or process improvement Demonstrated analytical skills with knowledge of statistical processes Demonstrated record of coaching, training, and directing other analysts Comprehensive knowledge and application of Robust Process Improvement methods Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts Computer software experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Principal Accountabilities Manages analysis and interpretation of system-wide data to demonstrate clinical and financial outcomes. Manage, track and evaluate performance measures, identify data trends, make recommendations for clinical quality improvement initiatives when appropriate on required measures. Manages the development of and implementation of process improvement strategies. Leads the enterprise clinical data management program used for strategic planning and day to day robust process improvement and management decisions. Provides and analyzes the data necessary to support new initiatives and evaluate existing initiatives. Leads in developing report templates for Board, enterprise and hospital level reporting – automating the data capture when possible. Manages the tracking and reporting of regulatory data requirements across the enterprise and submissions to Center for Medicare and Medicaid, The Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies. Leads team projects providing guidance to team members as needed. Adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards, within budgetary specifications, including time management, supply management, productivity, and accuracy of practice.
