Volunteer role About the Role: Rcoz is seeking an experienced SEO & Google Ads Specialist to help increase awareness and engagement for our mental health initiatives, particularly within the South Asian community. Your expertise will ensure our stories, programs, and resources reach those who need them most. Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings
Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking for SEO performance
Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns that promote Rcoz’s content and initiatives Monitor and analyze SEO and ad performance, making data-driven optimizations Provide regular reports on campaign results and recommendations Stay current with SEO and Google Ads trends to continually improve Rcoz’s online presence Collaborate with the team to align strategies with Rcoz’s mission and programs Qualifications: Strong experience with SEO and Google Ads (keyword research, ad creation, optimization) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights Passion for mental health awareness and creating measurable impact Self-starter, able to work independently and within a collaborative team Experience with nonprofits is a plus but not required Available between 10 AM - 3 PM PT on weekdays Bay Area preferred; hybrid role with occasional in-person meetings/events References required before starting
