Senior Contract Coordinator
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida Contract Duration: 17 months
Overview of the Role: Lead the future of renewable energy as a Senior Solar Contract Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing critical solar repower construction activities. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on sustainable energy infrastructure while working with cutting-edge solar technology and leading diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee execution of solar repower construction activities and coordinate QA/QC processes
Monitor project progression and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders
Supervise contractors performing mechanical, electrical, and structural work on solar equipment
Review work scopes, technical drawings, and schedules for project alignment
Ensure on-site security protocols and safety compliance are maintained
Maintain accurate records of work completed, delays, and project modifications
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ROI teams for seamless project delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or trade certification .
Relevant Experience: 6 - 15 years of experience in years of experience in solar construction and commissioning projects.
At least 5 years in a supervisory or leader role in a renewable plant environment.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a PLUS.
