We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic
Event Support Volunteers
to help bring this transformative experience to life. Volunteers will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and impactful event atmosphere. Responsibilities: Assist with event setup and breakdown (decor, signage, registration tables, workshop areas).
Greet and register attendees with warmth and professionalism.
Support workshop facilitators with materials and logistics.
Provide guidance to attendees (directing them to sessions, healing spaces, and activities).
Help manage vendors, sponsors, and exhibitor needs.
Ensure smooth flow of sessions and transitions between activities.
Assist with social media content (capturing photos/videos, posting updates).
Qualifications: Friendly, reliable, and passionate about community empowerment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to stand/walk for portions of the event (accommodations available if needed).
Experience with events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
