HVAC Branch Manager
to lead our growing HVAC team.
This leadership position carries full P&L responsibility for HVAC service and installation operations. We’re seeking someone who brings energy, strategic thinking, and a passion for developing people, while driving operational excellence and delivering top-tier service.
What You’ll Do
Lead with urgency, integrity, and professionalism, representing the Wagner brand.
Manage all branch operations, including HVAC service, installation, customer experience, staffing, and profitability.
Develop and execute branch-level strategies aligned with company growth goals.
Drive revenue and margin goals while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
Mentor and coach HVAC managers, technicians, and support teams.
Partner with leadership on talent development, training, and succession planning.
Collaborate on recruiting efforts and foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture.
What You Bring
5+ years of HVAC leadership experience in a residential service environment.
Proven success managing P&L, driving KPIs, and improving operational performance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience overseeing both installation and service operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field .
Sales and customer service background highly desirable.
