Sr. F&I Manager
on behalf of Walser—a family-owned automotive retail leader with over 60 years of success, known for innovation, transparency, and a high-performing team culture. Sr. F&I Manager Location: South St. Paul, MN Compensation: $120,000-150,000 all-in compensation (Draw + Incentives) Are you a dynamic, results-driven F&I leader with a passion for performance and sales? As a Sr. F&I Manager, you'll be at the forefront of executing cutting-edge strategies that elevate our Finance and Insurance performance. You'll play a key role in coaching and training the sales team, empowering them to exceed expectations while collaborating closely with the General Manager and sales managers to deliver outstanding dealership results. Your experience as an F&I manager will position you to be a vital layer of support and guidance within our dealership structure. How Sr. F&I Managers Drive Impact: Develop and execute dealership F&I strategy Collaborate with Sales Managers to set objectives and boost F&I performance Ensure compliance with Walser F&I policies and procedures Daily reporting on F&I performance Oversee offsite deal structure and compliance Work directly with customers, salespeople, and managers on deals Implement action plans for underperforming sales staff Conduct daily in-store training In-store sales manager onboarding Perform F&I test-outs for sales staff Support company initiatives and legal compliance Lead by example, advocating for staff and embracing Walser CORE values Handle other assigned duties and projects Qualifications: Proven success in a managerial role with leadership experience Minimum 1 year as a Sales or F&I Manager Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and interruptions Positive attitude and effective team player Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Proficient in computer use and OEM-required technology Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision coverage & HSA/FSA Paid Parental Leave (Maternity, Paternity, Adoption) Adoption Assistance Program Life Insurance and 401K with Employer Match Pet insurance and Employee discounts Access to our Employee Resource Groups, such as: Women of Walser, Drive with Pride, Asian Hmong Alliance, and Veterans at Walser.
