As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in meeting business intelligence objectives by delivering comprehensive information and data analytics solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing, designing, and developing advanced business intelligence and analytics solutions in a timely manner and according to specifications. Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, and build reports, dashboards, and business intelligence components under the guidance of Business Intelligence Leads. Drive development initiatives to create new data assets or facilitate information exchange to meet business needs. Create database tables, objects, and cubes while following best practices for dimensional modeling. Mentor user communities on business intelligence tools and lead efforts to create training curriculum for improved user adoption. Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Collaborate with developers to apply and enhance standards aimed at improving scalability and performance. Research and evaluate new BI, analytics, and data visualization technologies. Assess technology options considering future trends, risk, and return on investment. Design and maintain metadata layers to deliver user-friendly and accurate information. Create process design maps and scope documents to initiate new development efforts based on stakeholder interviews. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (a combination of education and experience may be considered). Experience:

2+ years of relevant work experience in Business Intelligence or related discipline. Eligibility:

Must be eligible to work in the United States without a work visa or residency sponsorship. Additional Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a similar field is required; or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Proven work experience in BI, analytics, or data analytics projects. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Cognos, SAS, R, Qlik, OracleBI, SQL Server Reporting Services, PowerBI, or Tableau. Hands-on knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL technologies. Experience working with end-users for training and demonstrating solution capabilities. Prior experience implementing new technological solutions in a business setting. The position is based in Sacramento, California. The potential pay for this role ranges from $74,000.00 - $118,000.00 based on experience and skills.
