Job Summary:

The Lead HVAC Service Technician will manage and perform service operations with a primary focus on residential HVAC systems. While we occasionally handle light commercial work, the vast majority of our service calls are residential. This role includes troubleshooting, supervising apprentices, and ensuring timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance - all while delivering exceptional customer service to homeowners.

Pay:

$38-$55/hour, depending on experience

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

EPA Universal License (or willing to obtain within one year)

NATE certified (or willing to obtain within one year)

Ability to lead a team and ensure high-quality installations

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams

Experience making installation decisions and troubleshooting equipment

Ability to communicate effectively with customers one-on-one

Must be willing to use extension ladders up to 20 feet high
