and help lead the creative direction of our publication - a bold platform by youth, for youth. ✨ What You’ll Do: Lead the editorial process: review, edit, and provide feedback on all magazine submissions Work closely with youth writers to develop strong, authentic content Collaborate with the lead team to set themes, plan issues, and shape the magazine’s voice Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with our mission and values Support the recruitment and mentorship of new contributors Contribute your own writing when appropriate
