The primary purpose of this role is to analyze and process complex commercial auto tractor trailer claims by reviewing coverage, conducting investigations, establishing liability, and assessing the extent of damages. Office Details:

This position supports a hybrid work model, requiring 2 days in the office. Key Responsibilities: Process complex commercial auto tractor trailer claims, including bodily injury, ensuring thorough documentation and accurate coding of claim files. Manage the litigation process for litigated claims. Coordinate vendor management, including utilizing independent adjusters for claims investigation. Report significant claims to excess carriers. Develop and maintain action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and facilitate prompt file resolutions. Identify subrogation and risk transfer opportunities; oversee the securing and disposal of salvage. Communicate claim processing updates with the insured, client, and agent or broker as appropriate. Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks as needed. Support the organization's quality initiatives. Travel may be required. Qualifications: Education & Licensing:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred. Relevant professional certification is also preferred. Candidates must secure and maintain state adjusting licenses as required. Experience:

A minimum of five (5) years of claims management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies, coverages, principles, and relevant laws.
