Job Title: Chemical and Fertilizer Applicator (Wisconsin 3.0 Licensed)

Location: Various locations throughout Wisconsin

Compensation: Starting at

$22-24/hour or MORE , based on experience – with potential for increases and full benefits upon hire

Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary: A well-established and respected landscaping company is seeking

Chemical and Fertilizer Applicators

to join its maintenance division. This is a hands-on role that involves applying herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers to lawns, landscapes, and commercial properties in accordance with Wisconsin regulations. If you have a valid

Wisconsin 3.0 Pesticide Applicator License , a clean driver’s license, and a passion for quality outdoor work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and accurately apply fertilizers and chemical treatments to turf, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas

Calibrate and operate application equipment (sprayers, spreaders, etc.)

Maintain accurate application records as required by state and company standards

Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections and maintenance

Communicate with clients and supervisors regarding service details and property needs

Assist with general landscaping tasks as needed between applications

Requirements:

Valid Wisconsin 3.0 Pesticide Applicator License (Turf & Landscape) – REQUIRED

Valid and clean driver’s license – REQUIRED

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various outdoor weather conditions

Prior experience in landscape maintenance or chemical application but not required

Strong attention to safety, compliance, and detail
