• Fluent in Spanish is required.
• Prefer front office reception experience.
• Customer service experience.

Job Description

• Coordinates patient care and flow
• Answers phones
• Greets patients upon arrival
• Schedules appointments
• Completes all appropriate consent forms, provides patient education and referral materials
• Ensures that e-prescribing tasks and all assigned tasks in EHR are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintains EHR records accurately following policies and procedures
• Completes tasks in case management system daily
