Job Opening: HR Manager at WonderWorks Branson

WonderWorks, an indoor amusement park combining education and entertainment, is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you'll cultivate a vibrant workplace, streamline recruitment, ensure legal compliance, and foster a culture of growth and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting jobs, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and hosting job fairs.
2. Maintain employee records related to hiring, transfers, benefits, disciplinary actions, evaluations, and leaves.
3. Ensure compliance with legal and government regulations affecting HR functions.
4. Conduct new hire orientations and safety training.
5. Handle investigations, complaints, terminations, and claims such as workers' compensation and unemployment.
6. Process weekly payroll accurately, including tips and commissions.
7. Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive company culture.
8. Assist with HR functions across other properties as needed.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management or HR Certification preferred.
• Previous management experience in entertainment venues is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
