Responsibilities

• At least 8-10 years of Labour Relations experience working with a union in Consumer Goods companies (CPG). Candidates must have led the grievance handling process and worked at a plant site leading labor relations.
• Owning organizational pillar work processes and converting strategy and master plan into actions through detailed action plans, with mechanisms to periodically check progress and conduct Health Checks of the Work Process, and identify gaps with plans for course correction.
• Own and drive engagement on the plant culture agenda; coach leaders on key cultural elements and organizational values – custodian of high performance work systems, and ensure an effective plant learning management.
• Drive cultural transformation across all levels of the organization through a robust strategy and by developing and executing a Culture Roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders, focusing on reducing top culture-related losses.
• Build and drive career confidence through institutionalizing career principles. Lead career pathing, strategic talent review, development and career conversations cadence for the unit.
