Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our team at our Pearland, TX office. The HR Administrator will provide essential support to the Human Resources department by managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance, and supporting various HR programs and initiatives.
This role is key to maintaining smooth HR operations and fostering a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Manage employee benefits administration and liaise with benefits providers
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Assist with compliance monitoring, reporting, and documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support payroll processing in coordination with finance and payroll teams
- Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and HR metrics tracking
- Facilitate communication between HR and other departments
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR administration or related roles
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience with HRIS or similar HR management software is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the energy, industrial services, or technical services sectors
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance requirements
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
