Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. This internship will provide hands-on experience supporting day-to-day HR operations, particularly in the pre-hiring and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about HR practices in a professional setting.

• Assist with pre-employment processes, including collection and tracking of required documentation

• Support the onboarding process by scheduling orientations, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely

• Maintain digital and physical filing systems in compliance with company and legal standards

• Communicate with candidates and new hires professionally and promptly

• Help update and maintain employee records in the HRIS system

• Support various HR administrative tasks and projects as assigned

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Hands-on experience with HR operations and compliance processes

• Exposure to real-world onboarding and pre-employment procedures
