Pay Range: $38,000-$55,000
What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)
- Process payroll accurately according to established schedules and procedures, including timesheet completion, reconciling payroll discrepancies, and calculating additional payments.
- Prepare various reports such as attendance, timecard exceptions, payroll reports, and other ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Handle administrative inquiries from employees and direct them to the appropriate sources, such as self-service portals or HR Shared Services/Benefits; troubleshoot system access issues.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues, including policy interpretation or violations, to HR Business Partners or higher management.
- Coordinate local employee events and recognition programs, including Monthly Birthday and Service Anniversary acknowledgments.
- Support local hiring efforts for hourly roles.
- Maintain employee data in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Keep personnel records updated and organized.
- Assist with learning and development activities, including logistics, tracking, and documentation of training programs.
- Support benefits enrollment processes, organize information sessions, and guide employees to resources.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
