Pay Range: $38,000-$55,000

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

  1. Process payroll accurately according to established schedules and procedures, including timesheet completion, reconciling payroll discrepancies, and calculating additional payments.
  2. Prepare various reports such as attendance, timecard exceptions, payroll reports, and other ad-hoc reports as needed.
  3. Handle administrative inquiries from employees and direct them to the appropriate sources, such as self-service portals or HR Shared Services/Benefits; troubleshoot system access issues.
  4. Escalate complex or sensitive issues, including policy interpretation or violations, to HR Business Partners or higher management.
  5. Coordinate local employee events and recognition programs, including Monthly Birthday and Service Anniversary acknowledgments.
  6. Support local hiring efforts for hourly roles.
  7. Maintain employee data in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  8. Keep personnel records updated and organized.
  9. Assist with learning and development activities, including logistics, tracking, and documentation of training programs.
  10. Support benefits enrollment processes, organize information sessions, and guide employees to resources.
  11. Perform other related duties as assigned.
