You'll analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives that drive measurable results. What You'll Do
Process Analysis & Improvement
- Proactively identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement across departments to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Analyze and test existing workflows, processes and systems to evaluate effectiveness, scalability and alignment with company strategy.
- Collect and interpret data, perform root cause analysis, and recommend actionable, data-driven solutions based on business needs.
- Lead and manage process improvement initiatives, balancing impact, value, and resource requirements to deliver measurable results.
- Oversee the implementation and testing of process changes, ensuring measurable performance improvements.
- Track and communicate progress to stakeholders, adjusting timelines and deliverables as needed.
- Leverage technology and BI platforms to drive process standardization, automation, and efficiency.
- Develop KPI metrics, dashboards, and visual management tools to monitor performance, identify gaps, and measure progress.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to gather and validate requirements, ensuring solutions align with both operational needs and strategic priorities.
- Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support the development and delivery of training, SOP, and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of process changes.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and bring innovative ideas and solutions to the organization.
- Document processes, workflows, and lessons learned to build organizational knowledge and improve future projects.
- Education: 4-year degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience; logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio), and project management platforms (Mavenlink, Monday.com, or similar).
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo; familiarity with SQL or TMS platforms (e.g., MercuryGate) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Strong facilitation skills, with expertise in conducting meetings with end users, eliciting business requirements, and overseeing project management activities.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to work independently while building collaborative relationships within a team.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain analytics is a plus but not required.
