Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing team. As a key part of our patient care experience, you’ll assist our dentists chairside, support daily operations, and help ensure a seamless and comfortable visit for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during procedures such as exams, fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms and dental instruments before and after each patient
• Take and process dental X-rays in compliance with California state guidelines
• Provide patients with post-operative instructions and ensure comfort throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and document clinical notes
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols (per CDC and OSHA standards)
• Order and monitor dental supplies and inventory as needed
• Support front office team with scheduling and patient communications when necessary
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor that reflects Our Best Life values
