Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Provide technical support for different platforms and devices (WMS, label printers, workstations, network, etc.)
● Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, connectivity issues, and software bugs
● Maintain documentation of tickets, procedures, and known issues
● Participate in IT projects, such as infrastructure upgrades, system rollouts, and automation improvements
● Collaborate with internal departments to understand operational needs and deliver practical IT solutions
● Help maintain and monitor SQL-based reporting (SSRS) and assist with report creation, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
Additional Support Duties
When there are no active assignments in the IT department, the employee may be required to assist in warehouse operations, specifically in picking and packing tasks. This ensures continuous workflow support, fosters cross-departmental collaboration, and helps maintain overall efficiency in the warehouse.
Required Skills Experience
● Experience troubleshooting basic network and hardware issues (e.g., printers, access points, labelers)
● Good communication skills; able to translate tech issues into user-friendly language
● Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow through on issues until resolution
● Able to lift up to 50 lbs, crawl under workstations, work in an active and noisy environment.
