Loan Servicing Representative

Merchants Bank,

Winona , has an opening for a full-time Loan Servicing Representative. This position involves data input and maintaining all types of loans (Commercial, Real Estate and Consumer) in the database.

Also works with loan payments, taxes, insurance, and escrow functions.

This position involves working with external and internal customers via telephone, providing accurate and appropriate information, and timely follow-through. A high level of accuracy with data entry and ability to problem solve required.

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize, work as a team, be organized, and able to research.

Excellent customer service skills required. Hours are Monday-Friday between 8am – 5pm.
