Job Title: HEDIS Coordinator
Locations: Northridge, CA and West Hills, CA Employment Type: Temporary | Entry-Level Contract Duration: 90–120 days with possibility of permanent position.
Pay Rate: $22-23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated HEDIS Coordinators to support our healthcare quality initiatives in Northridge and West Hills, California. This temporary role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills, a passion for healthcare, and a desire to contribute to meaningful quality improvement efforts.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to members and providers to collect and verify medical information Abstract medical records and assist with vaccine-related projects Organize, collate, and mail provider packets Perform high-volume data entry and document management (75–200 records/day) Support administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and copying Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience with medical records or EMR systems is a plus (NextGen not required) Additional language skills are a plus Top Skills

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
